Teachers are by far the most-treasured assets at Bond. They constitute the first and foremost key to Bond's success. Up to June 2006, Bond has been able to employ over 200 Western teachers and 100 Chinese teachers. The Institute's longest-serving teacher has been teaching and living in Zhongshan for five consecutive years.
